2nd day in the mtns

A day of fun in the snow, that is the way I would describe today. We played in the snow most of the day. It was a lot colder today. Instead of the high in the low 50's like yesterday, today it was in the low 30's. COOOOLLLLDDD! But that didn't bother the boys one bit. While sitting in the house that morning I looked out the window and it was snowing! So we quickly got ready to go outside and play in it. When we went outside they boys were so excited to see and feel the snow coming down. So all day we would bundle up and head out and sled and have snow ball fights and feed the horses. We hiked around the land my parents own the boys loved the adventure. Boston kept saying that we were looking for bears, but I reminded him they might be sleeping in their den. They loved looking. We even found some tracks in the snow. Then we would run in the house and warm up with some hot chocolate.

When we were getting all bundled up at one point we opened the door and Aunt Suzanne was standing at the door! What a great surprise. She had decided to drive up because her parents also live up here. So the boys had a great time playing with her in the snow. She was standing there talking to me and Boston just nailed her with a snowball. She said, "Big it on!" And the snow ball fight was on. They had a great time chasing each other around.

Asher and Abby stayed inside to keep warm most of the day but had a great time playing together. It was so funny because whenever Asher had a toy Abby would lean over and take it and put it on her otherside. Asher could have cared less. LOL
