Not sure if anyone reading this has ever experienced Restless Leg Syndrome (
RLS) but let me tell you its not fun. I usually get it when I'm pregnant (this was actually a clue to me last pregnancy that I was pregnant...the
RLS started up.) My secret to making it go away at night is to put a bar of soap in the bed. I know it sounds crazy but it's always seemed to work....that is...until last night. I got it in my legs, my arms and my hands. I was going crazy. I finally just got up and walked around the house in the middle of the night and ended up sleeping on the couch. It was horrible! I'm just praying this isn't a sign of what's to come the rest of the pregnancy.
I have RLS too. I didn't know anything about the soap though, what does that do? Sometimes it has my body shaking so much I want to throw up! One thing that works for me is a hot bath before I go to bed, it calms & sooths the nerves!
